Vetter ExtraCare - Replacement service for online customers

With Vetter ExtraCare, you are entitled to a free replacement of a damaged Vetter cover or foil within 90 days of purchase, regardless of the circumstances in which the product was damaged.

Vetter ExtraCare is an additional service to the commercial guarantee and does not limit in any way the rights of the purchaser according to the legislation in force (Law no. 449/2003 or O.G. no. 21/1992).


APPLICABILITY

Vetter ExtraCare covers product damage caused by:

  • Accidental dropping or falling;
  • Collision;
  • Compression;
  • Contact with other objects.

Eligible customers are entitled to a free product replacement. The service is valid for orders placed online on our website.


COST AND INVOICING

The cost of the Vetter ExtraCare service is 49 lei and will appear on the sales invoice with the main product purchased.


VALABILITY

  • The Vetter ExtraCare service is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase, for a single incident.
  • The service applies exclusively within Romania.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Product replaced: The damaged product will be replaced with an identical one. If it is not available, a product similar in specifications and price will be offered.
  • Eligibility: The Vetter EXTRAcare service is only available if purchased together with the product. It is not available for Kevlar products

ONLINE SHOP SERVICE REQUEST

  1. Return Request: To claim the Vetter ExtraCare warranty, the customer will need to make a return request for the original order. This can be done via the customer account on our website.

  2. Required documents: Following the return request, the customer will receive all necessary information to continue the process. He/she will need to send clear pictures of the damaged product and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice mentioning the Vetter ExtraCare service).

  3. Approval of claim: Once the claim has been approved, a new product will be sent to the customer via the Easybox service. All transport costs for the replacement product are covered by us.
