Return policy for products purchased online
This page explains how Vetter handles returns for online orders, in accordance with distance contract legislation and consumer rights. Before initiating a return, please carefully review the information below.

Legal right of withdrawal within 14 days
This section describes the conditions under which you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the product, how to notify us and the terms for refunding the amounts paid.
Conditions for accepting returns
Here are the rules regarding the condition of returned goods, the packaging and the consumer's liability for misuse of the goods.
Reducing the value of returned goods
The following section details the situations in which a diminution in value can be applied, as well as examples of scenarios in which the product can no longer be resold as new.
Exceptions to the 14-day return
Certain products, such as protective films made of glass or PVC after peeling off the protective layer, are exempt from the 14-day return. The part below sets out these exceptions and how returns are handled for legal entities.
Voluntary 15 to 30 day return policy
Vetter additionally applies a voluntary commercial policy, whereby returns can be accepted between 15-30 days after purchase, with refund of the value in the form of a voucher, according to the conditions described below.

The last part of the document explains the practical steps for submitting the return request, filling in the form, preparing the parcel and delivering the product to the courier.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY UNDER VETTER DISTANCE CONTRACTS
LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE
You are legally entitled to a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to determine the nature, features and functionality of the product, just as you would if you were purchasing a product from a physical store. If you are dissatisfied with the product you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without having to justify your decision to withdraw. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by making a clear statement to that effect (e.g. by email to [email protected]) or by using the withdrawal form, sent within a maximum of 14 days from the date you took possession of the product .
You will have to return the product ( together with any accessories, if applicable) to no later than 14 days after the date on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract and you will be charged the cost of return transport, which Vetter does not undertake to bear. If you withdraw from the Contract within the legal withdrawal period, you must also return any gifts/accessories that accompanied the product. The cost of returning the product, depending on the size and weight of the product, will be communicated to you after you send us your withdrawal decision and will not exceed the amount of the delivery cost paid for the product. The courier is sent only by our company to the address mentioned by you
We will refund all sums we have received as payment from you as a consumer (including where applicable, the cost of transport/delivery of the product ), no later than 14 days from the date you have informed us of the withdrawal decision or no later than the date we take possession of the returned product for inspection. Return of money or replacement with another product is ONLY made after receipt and verification by Vetter of the product returned by the customer, not exceeding 14 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal decision.
We will refund the amounts using the same payment methods as those used by you for the original transaction, unless you have agreed to a different payment method and provided that you do not incur any fees following the refund. In the event that you order several products in a single order to be delivered separately, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, which will be calculated from receipt of the last product delivered.
CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING RETURNS
Products must be returned intact and without traces of use as well as in the original unopened/destroyed packaging.
Liability of the consumer for IMPROPER RETURN of goods
During the 14-day period, you as the consumer are only liable for any diminution in value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You have the option to open the packaging to gain access to its contents if similar goods are commonly displayed unpackaged in shops. In this sense, simply opening the packaging is not a reason to diminish the value of the goods. Therefore, during the withdrawal period, you should handle the opening of the goods packaging with the necessary care without damaging it. Returning goods without the original packaging or with abnormal degradation of the packaging as well as with the protective films applied to the item removed (where applicable) is considered a degradation of goods.
During the 14-day withdrawal period, you should handle and inspect the goods with the necessary care. In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and working order of the goods, you should handle and inspect them in the same way as you would be allowed to do in a shop e.g. you may check the completeness of the products, labels, seals on the packaging but you are not allowed to open the primary packaging or use it for the purpose for which the product was designed/intended.
Diminution in the value of products
If the goods have been utilised by you to an extent that exceeds the limit necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and mode of operation, the right of withdrawal is not excluded but you will be liable for any diminution in value of the goods, which will be assessed by the seller on a case-by-case basis on the basis of a documentary evidence of diminution in value and may vary as a percentage of the value paid by you (0-65%) and consequently you will be refunded less than the amount you paid.
The diminution in value may consist of the cost of cleaning and repair, replacing or adding accessories, packaging, etc to bring the goods back to their original condition. If, after these operations, such goods can no longer be sold as new, they will be sold as second-hand goods at a significantly lower price, in which casein which case the diminution in value will consist in a loss of income for our company which will be objectively justified and may vary in percentage, depending on the nature of use, up to more than 50%. By way of example, if a product is returned without packaging, we may charge a reduction of about 25% (representing logistical costs, packaging and labelling) or if the product shows signs of use, wear, damage, etc., we may charge a reduction of 15%-65% (classification as a returned product depending on the level of wear and tear, etc.)
Possible situations that may lead to a reduction in the value of the returned product (non-exhaustive list)
- Wear and / or damage to the product or some of its components as a result of testing, handling or use (faulty or not) or by removing its labels (product serial number, etc)
- Returning the product with traces of use, dirt, oil, fuel, grease, etc. or with traces that it has been subjected to cleaning / washing operations
- Returning products with water/other liquids/dirt, evidence of use/installation, traces of corrosive substances, mechanical/thermal shock, damaged electrical circuits
- Returning the product without the accessories with which it was sold.
- Visible deterioration of a product or its components as a result of failure to follow the maintenance/operating instructions or the indications in the warranty certificate.
- Return of products without original packaging, without accessories or with abnormal degradation of the product packaging.

EXCEPTIONS TO 14-DAY RETURN
Products sold on this website which are exempt from return are only categorised as goods which, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items (e.g: protective film made of glass and pvc, since the very nature of this good makes it impossible for the trader to take steps to allow it to be put back on sale once the film has been peeled off the two layers of primary protective wrapping and applied to the phone).
In the case of legal persons (who are not consumers), we reserve the right to accept the return of the products and to make the value of the products as a down payment for goods for future orders (voucher) or not to honour the return request.
Voluntary return policy (valid from 15 to 30 calendar days after purchase)
This is an internal voluntary policy and is NOT subject to the specific legislation on distance/online commerce (OG 34/2014) or the right to guarantee (OUG 140/2021). This voluntary policy is valid throughout the year and is intended for individuals and legal entities. Vetter offers you the possibility to return the purchased products within an additional term compared to the legal one, up to 30 calendar days from the date of taking physical possession of the product, under the own commercial conditions set out below
You must return the product (together with any accessories, if applicable) no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract and you will be charged the cost of return transport, Vetter not being liable for this cost
The consumer's liability for the IMPROPER RETURN of goods in the event of the return of a product within a period of 15-30 days is identical to that mentioned in the section applicable to the conditions of acceptance of the return within the 14 days (legal right)
The refund is made by giving a valid buyers voucher for the purchase of products from Vetter online shop, as follows:
By voucher for a new order. The voucher is transferable and can be accumulated with other types of vouchers and gift cards. The validity period is 24 months. The voucher series is valid for a single order
Return procedure
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
1. Fill in the withdrawal form below or send us an email, and then you will receive an email with the instructions for you to follow. Return form
2. After submitting your request, you will be contacted by our operator to provide you with a link to return the product in an EasyBox of your choice.
3. Please prepare the product for dispatch by courier as follows:
- To avoid damage to the product during transport by courier, please place the product in the original box in another cardboard box and seal it with scotch tape.
4. It is obligatory to send the product together with its original box, undamaged, together with all accessories received.
